About coaching

Coaching creates space to explore what is happening, speak it out loud and discover how to move from where you are toward where you want to go. What is often missing is the space, perspective or tools to reach the answers we already carry. That is where coaching comes in.

We work in three-month blocks.

Three sessions together each month. The fourth week is yours. Most clients continue into another block; on average, we work together for 18 months.

If your weekly session is on Wednesday, this is what a typical week might look like. Select morning practice or independent work, then click the days you commit to the work.

The work becomes your playbook.

You send a short inventory before we meet. I use it to shape the session and send a debrief afterward. Across each block, those inventories, insights, tools and goals build into a workbook you can return to. It becomes a playbook for the work we are doing and what you want to do next.

The tools we use…

The five lenses give us shared language for noticing what is happening. We might also build a morning practice, make time to set up your day, reflect in the evening, use exercise or breathwork, or explore new experiences in your community.
